trying to stay warm

Staying warm in Wisconsin, where I live is downright near impossible from December to February. Winter is long and cold (as in today was -4 degrees!!) So I like to wear scarves (I have a disgustingly large scarf collection) and cardigans, preferably cashmere. Because they are the warmest and coziest. So I was very excited when I found this Vince cardi on ebay! For a very low price. And I won the bidding war! This is what I wore to church on Christmas Eve. My mom kept telling me to pull my skirt down but I honestly didn't have anything else to wear!! The only other things I had packed with me were leggings and my denim leggings (in other words more leggings) Neither of those are appropriate. Plus I had on tights. Which makes the outfit sorta more appropriate..
